Electrical & Electronics Engineering is a branch of engineering that deals with the invention, design, development and commercial applications of electrical & electronics systems, components and devices. In this field, students also generally carry out study and applications of electricity, electronics & electromagnetism. EEE department has its unique advantage of being the combination of both electrical engineering and electronics engineering and thus providing students the benefit of study of broader subjects which provides them double advantage of placement in companies of repute related to both the fields. The Department has experienced as well as young, energetic and dynamic personality as faculty, and they endeavor to nurture and inspire a teaching methodology that is both practical & theoretical in approach, resulting in successful completion of projects and training of the students. The faculty members are dedicated to empower the students with recent and innovative technologies.
The Department has modern infrastructure and laboratories equipped with state of the art. The equipments & components such as Advance Control Systems Lab, Power Electronics Lab, Electric Drives & Circuits Lab, Electrical Measurements & Instrumentation Lab, Simulation and Project Lab. Labs are also equipped with some advanced panels, linear induction motors and DC machines, etc. These labs help students to enhance their knowledge and skills and provide them excellent opportunities to learn by themselves.

Electrical & Electronics Engineers make an impact in the world by helping the environment through improved energy efficiency, electric vehicles, electricity transmission, distribution & generation like in the fields of renewable energy, solar, wind, hydro, tidal, electric power car and environmental monitoring to manage resources.

The educational objectives of the Electrical & Electronics Engineering Program are to produce graduates who, within four years after graduation, are able to:

- Progress through advanced degree or certificate programs in engineering, business, and other professionally related fields.
